What does the RX Connect app offer?
Intuitive, clear, free: the RX Connect app is the mobile cockpit for your Riese & Müller E-Bike. You keep an eye on all the important data and find workshops near you. If you have subscribed to the Connect service, the app connects you digitally to your E-Bike: it displays its position in real-time, the routes taken, and comprehensive statistics on your journeys.

How does the digital alarm work?
A reliable service, activated in an instant: the digital alarm of our RX Connect app detects any movement in real-time and alerts you on your smartphone. At the slightest suspicious movement, you receive a push notification. You are thus immediately informed to react quickly.
We bring your E-Bike back to you.
How does the recovery process work?
Despite all precautions taken, has your E-Bike been stolen? We will do everything to find it.
- You report to us, and report to the police, the theft of your E-Bike.
- E-Bike recovery professionals begin the search.
- If they succeed in finding it, your E-Bike is secured and then sent to your dealer.
- If it is damaged, we cover the cost of repairs.
- You retrieve your premium E-Bike, as good as new.
- If we have not managed to find your E-Bike after a period of 14 days, you will receive an E-Bike of equal value.
Accurate tracking allows us to reliably locate your E-Bike.
