Komut offers you the following delivery methods:

Shipping:

Delivery to your home or to a collection point.

You will be able to choose your shipping method at the delivery stage. We reserve the choice of carrier based on the destination of the package, with the exception of collection points. We work with bPost, DPD, and UPS.

In-store pickup:

You can collect your order from one of our stores (Uccle, Saint-Gilles & Woluwe-Saint-Pierre). Simply choose it at the delivery stage. In-store pickup is always free.

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is available in the store.

We deliver in Belgium and throughout Europe.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and the destination country.

For delivery in Belgium, the delivery times are on average 24 to 48 hours.

For delivery in France, the delivery times are on average 24 to 72 hours.

The delivery times displayed on our online store represent usual averages and encompass the total processing and transport time.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your parcel number and the tracking link for your delivery (by clicking on this link, you will be automatically redirected to the carrier's website that is handling the delivery).

You can also access the tracking of your parcel from your customer account: click on “View my orders” and then on “Track my parcel” for the relevant order.

If you are not present at the time of delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave your parcel at a collection point and inform you of its availability.

We are sorry that the shipping of your parcel is problematic.

Please contact our customer service via our contact form and our team will do everything possible to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Please note that it will be necessary to submit an investigation request to the carrier. Carriers have a legal timeframe to conduct this investigation.

Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

You can quickly reach us via our contact form and we will do our best to find a solution.

If your order has already been prepared and/or handed over to the carrier, unfortunately, we will not have a solution. In the event that the package cannot find its recipient (due to an error in the delivery address, for example), the package will then be returned to us by the carrier and you will be refunded as soon as your package is received in our warehouse.

An email will be sent to you to inform you that your package is ready for collection.

As soon as you receive it, you can come and collect your order. You will simply need to present your confirmation email.

It's as easy as that!
