Very little. The Gates belt needs no lubrication, does not rust and lasts much longer than a chain. A tension check at the yearly service is enough.
Moustache quotes up to about 70 km in ideal conditions. Real-world range depends on assistance mode, hills, load and temperature.
Size XS/S suits riders of about 1.55 to 1.65 m, size M/L about 1.62 to 1.90 m. If you are in between, a test ride in store settles it.
