Thanks to its low centre of gravity and full suspension, you ride safely even fully loaded and on bumpy surfaces, while respecting the environment: its frame is made of 25% recycled aluminium.

Whether you are heading to the campsite, the tennis club or work, the Load5 gets you there relaxed. Even on long trips at full load, thanks to the DualBattery option and the sprung luggage rack. And if the ride goes on, its headlight with high and low beam and its tail light with brake-light function make sure you see and are seen in every situation.
Total control
In addition to Riese & Müller's Control Technology, with front-wheel suspension, rear swing arm and sprung luggage rack, the optional Bosch eBike ABS ensures maximum safety when braking. It can also be replaced by an IBS system for an always optimal distribution of braking force.

Both share full suspension and Bosch drive. The Load5 60 has a 60 cm load area, is 248 cm long and carries up to two children. The Load5 75 has a 75 cm box, is 264.5 cm long and carries up to three children.
How many children can a Load5 carry?
Up to two children under seven in the Load5 60, and up to three in the Load5 75, according to Riese & Müller. A baby car seat adapter is available as an option.
What is the range of the Riese & Müller Load5?
The Load5 uses the Bosch system, with battery capacity of up to 1,600 Wh with the DualBattery option, for long trips at full load. Real-world range depends on the load, terrain and assistance mode.
Is the Load5 available in a 45 km/h version?
Yes, the Load5 comes in HS versions with assistance up to 45 km/h. In Belgium these fall under the speed pedelec category: registration, insurance and a helmet are mandatory.
