In Flemish education, staff can turn all or part of their gross year-end bonus into a lease bike. A great way to ride a quality e-bike or cargo bike. Here is how it works and how we help.

The principle: your year-end bonus becomes a bike
Each eligible staff member can put part or all of their gross year-end bonus, called the ‘flexbudget’, towards leasing a bike. This amount is taken before tax. Any remaining bonus is paid out as usual.
- The scheme covers staff paid by AGODI or AHOVOKS, including Dutch-speaking schools in Brussels.
- Your institution must have a contract with a leasing company.
- You can use the bike freely: commuting, leisure, holidays.
What about the federal civil service?
Federal civil servants will also be able to put part of their year-end bonus towards a lease bike, under a scheme announced for 2026. Ask your HR department.

The scheme described here applies to Flemish education. For French-speaking schools, check with your school's governing body. We can also offer financing or a standard purchase.
Electric and non-electric city bikes, cargo bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes and speed pedelecs are possible, depending on your institution's contract.
