Ride a premium e-bike for a fixed monthly fee, servicing and insurance included, paid from your gross salary: that is bike leasing. Here is how it works in Belgium and how to set it up with your employer.
In short
- The rent comes from your gross salary : up to 40% cheaper.
- Every type of bike, every brand.
- Servicing, insurance and assistance included depending on the plan.
- Tailor-made quote in our 3 Brussels stores.

How does bike leasing work?
A company bike, just like a company car.
Bike leasing is a long-term rental, usually over 36 months. Three parties are involved: you, your employer and a leasing company. Your employer rents the bike and makes it available to you. In return, part of your gross salary (or your year-end bonus, depending on the plan) pays the rent.
The bike is yours every day: for commuting, but also in the evening, at weekends and on holiday. Theft and damage insurance, servicing and roadside assistance are usually included in the monthly fee.

How much can you save?
The gain comes from tax: the bike is paid before tax.
40%
possible saving compared with buying outright
36
months: the most common contract length
€0
benefit-in-kind tax on a bike used for commuting
€0.37
per km: tax-free cycling allowance in 2026
Your actual saving depends on your salary, status and plan. Because the rent comes out of your gross salary, you pay no tax or social contributions on that amount. And if you ride to the office, the cycling allowance comes on top.

Yes. If you ride your lease bike to work, you can in principle keep receiving your employer's cycling allowance. In 2026 it is tax-free up to €0.37 per kilometre.
Yes, most leasing companies accept every type of bike: electric, cargo, folding, speed pedelecs and sport bikes. The exact list depends on your employer's bike policy.
You can usually buy the bike at the residual value set in the contract, return it, or start a new lease on a newer bike.
We work with the main Belgian providers: B2Bike, Lease a Bike, Joule, Cyclis, O2O, Cycle Valley and Cyclobility. If your employer already works with one of them, we prepare the quote directly.
