Before buying: choosing the right bike
Spec sheets do not tell you everything. The centre of gravity, riding position, handling of a loaded cargo bike or smoothness of a motor can only be felt on the road. In store, an adviser helps pin down your needs and lets you try several models.
Real test ride
You compare several bikes on Brussels streets, not on a screen.

We check the frame size and adjust saddle and bars.

After buying: a local point of contact
An e-bike is a complex machine: motor, battery, electronics, hydraulic brakes. It needs regular servicing and, one day, a repair. Having an equipped, trained workshop a few minutes from home makes all the difference.

No, test rides are walk-in at our three stores. You can also book a slot if you prefer.
