Buy a new bike from KOMUT and we give you its yearly service for free, for 3 years. One appointment a year at the workshop, and you ride with peace of mind.

What each service includes
- General safety check of the bike
- Brakes: check, degreasing and adjustment
- Drivetrain and gears: check, cleaning and adjustment
- Belt or chain and crankset: check and adjustment
- Tyres: check and inflation
- Wheels: spoke tension and truing
- Handlebar and stem: check and alignment
- Electrical components: check, cleaning and updates (e-bikes)
- Lights: check
- Test ride to check everything

Frequently asked questions
Which bikes are included?
All new bikes, electric or not, cargo bikes and longtails included, bought in store and paid for directly, from 2 November 2026. Children’s bikes are not included.
What if I lease or finance my bike?
The offer is for direct purchases only. It does not apply to bike leasing or to purchases with financing, and it cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
Can I use my 3 services whenever I want?
One service per 12-month period, for 3 years from the day you collect your bike. A service not used within the year cannot be carried over.
How do I book?
Online, at the workshop of your choice, or directly in store. We also send you a reminder every year.
What if I sell my bike?
The offer is linked to you and your bike. It is not transferred if the bike is sold.
