Most standard maintenance and repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the nature of the work and the workshop's workload.
The appointment time is given as a guideline. For optimal service, we recommend dropping off your bike on the morning of the appointment, or the day before if that is more convenient for you. Repairs are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
In case of a problem related to the electric assistance (motor, battery, display or cut-off), please contact us by phone before coming in. This allows us to check the system's compatibility and prepare the diagnosis in advance.
Our workshops specialise in Bosch eBike, Shimano Steps and Brompton systems. This specialisation allows us to ensure precise diagnostics, official updates and durable repairs.
Our maintenance packages cost €79 for a non-electric bike, €89 for an electric bike and €129 for a cargo or longtail bike, excluding parts and additional repairs.
